Individual Therapy
Therapy offers space to better understand recurring emotional, relational, or behavioral patterns that may be contributing to a sense of feeling stuck.
I provide individual therapy for adults navigating concerns such as:
anxiety and chronic stress
burnout or emotional overwhelm
relationship difficulties
perfectionism or self-criticism
identity transitions and life changes
motherhood and a sense of balance
feelings of depression or low self-worth
My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and insight-oriented.
I integrate psychodynamic and acceptance-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves while also developing more effective ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
Therapy work may involve exploring:
recurring relationship dynamics
patterns in emotions or self-perception
early experiences and attachment relationships
internal pressures and expectations
identity, values, and meaning
emotion regulation and self-understanding
The goal is not simply symptom reduction, but deeper and more lasting change that is rooted in greater awareness, flexibility, and self-understanding.
Who I Work Best With
Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-reflective adults who are externally very high performing but may be struggling internally with anxiety, self-doubt, difficulty regulating emotions, or a persistent feeling that something is not quite right despite their consistent efforts.
Others are navigating major identity transitions, including becoming a parent, loss of a loved one, the effects of a recent or more remote trauma, or trying to better understand how earlier relationships and experiences continue to shape their present. I also work with athletes navigating performance pressure, burnout, injury recovery, and the overall demands of competitive environments.
